That's what this session is for.

An hour with me isn't a pep talk or a personality test with a colour-coded result. It's a structured conversation: we look at where you actually are, what's getting in the way, and what a different path might realistically look like — with someone who has spent a decade inside the world of work, watching people navigate exactly this kind of moment. I'll ask the questions that make it harder to keep avoiding the honest answer.

You'll leave with more than a sense of having talked it through. You'll leave with a clear view of what the real question is, what your options actually are, and — in most cases — a sense of what to do first.

    • A pre-session intake form so we use the hour well, not on context-setting

    • A structured but genuinely conversational session — not a template, not a framework for its own sake

    • An honest read on your situation from someone who has no stake in which direction you choose

    • Clarity on what the actual decision is — often different from the one you think you're facing

    • A written summary of key themes and next steps, sent within 24 hours of the session

    • One follow-up question by email, included — for when something surfaces a few days later

    When I've spent an hour understanding your career properly — what you're moving towards, what's been getting in the way, what you're actually trying to say about yourself — the CV review that follows is a different thing entirely. I'm able to ask whether this document tells the right story about the right person in the right direction: that's often a harder, though a more useful question.
