Most people prepare for interviews the way they revised for exams: reading through notes, rehearsing answers out loud, hoping the right questions come up.

Some of that can be useful, but lot of it isn't without knowing how you’re coming across.

What's missing is someone who can honestly through experience tell you how you're landing, and not just by what you're saying. Delivery, clarity, confidence, the moments where your answer drifts or loses the thread. These are the things that can cost you an offer, and they're very hard to see without an outside perspective.

I've conducted over 15,000 interviews across sectors, functions, and seniority levels. I know how interviewers think, what they're listening for beneath the surface of your answers, and what separates a candidate who gets the offer from one who comes close but doesn't quite land it.

A session with me is part coaching, part honest feedback, and entirely focused on the specific interview you're preparing for.

Pricing

  • £150.00 – for training within 96 hours of booking.

  • £220.00 – for training within 48 hours of booking, for when the interview crept up on you

Full payment is taken at booking. Send me the job description and anything you know about the interview format and who you are meeting when you book — the more specific the context, the more useful the session.
