It was important to me as a Founder and coach to have a business name that reflected both the outcome and trajectory of the work we’ll do together.
Achieving clarity through a course of partnered sessions.
The word ‘course’ was equally important in the sense of ‘the course of our lives’. Which can often be unpredictable, winding and with ups and downs.
Together, we achieve the clarity needed to navigate the course ahead: building confidence, assurance and a sense of purpose.

Many coaches offer guidance based on coaching qualifications alone. At Clear Course, my coaching is backed by nearly a decade of experience in global Talent Acquisition, HR and ED&I, working alongside founders, leaders and C-suite teams across the UK, US and Europe.
I've hired, promoted and coached people at every stage of their careers, from graduates to senior executives, giving me a unique understanding of how career decisions are really made.
Our work together goes beyond motivation and self-reflection. You'll gain practical, real-world insight, honest guidance and a clear plan to help you move forward with confidence.
Clear Course Coaching maintains appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance, complies with UK data protection requirements, and is committed to providing coaching services with professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.

Not at all. I work with people at a wide range of career stages, from professionals navigating their first major career move to senior leaders seeking greater fulfilment, confidence or direction.
Whether you're considering a career change, working towards a promotion, returning to work after time away, building your confidence as a leader, or simply feeling ready for something more, coaching can help you gain clarity and take meaningful action.
The common thread isn't your job title or level of seniority—it's a willingness to invest in yourself and your future.

Every coaching journey is different because every client starts from a different place and has different goals.
Clients have worked with me to gain greater clarity, build confidence, secure new roles, navigate career transitions, strengthen their leadership skills, prepare for interviews, and make important personal and professional decisions with greater certainty.
Some clients have successfully secured new opportunities following coaching support, while others have used coaching to challenge their thinking, overcome self-doubt, develop professionally, and continue growing as leaders.
My goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you uncover what's right for you, create a clear path forward, and build the confidence to take action.
-
Absolutely.
In fact, feeling stuck is one of the most common reasons people seek coaching.
Many of my clients come to coaching because they know something needs to change, but they're not yet sure what that change looks like. They may feel unfulfilled, uncertain about their next step, lacking confidence, or disconnected from their long-term goals.
Together, we'll create space to explore what's really going on beneath the surface, challenge limiting beliefs, and identify practical actions that move you closer to a career and life that feels more aligned.
Clients often leave coaching with greater clarity, renewed confidence, and a stronger sense of direction—sometimes leading to career progression, new opportunities, or significant personal growth.

If you're open to self-reflection, willing to challenge your thinking, and committed to making positive changes, coaching can be incredibly valuable.
You don't need to be facing a major crisis or career crossroads to benefit. Many of my clients are already successful professionals who want support navigating the next stage of their career, developing as leaders, making important decisions, or simply gaining an external perspective.
My role isn't to provide all the answers. Instead, I'll help you ask better questions, uncover blind spots, challenge assumptions, and identify the actions that will move you forward.
Clients often tell me they value my ability to create a supportive environment while also asking the questions that challenge them to think differently and grow.

Every session is tailored to you and your goals.
We'll begin by exploring what's most important for you to focus on, whether that's a challenge you're facing, a decision you're trying to make, or a goal you're working towards. Through structured conversation, reflection and targeted questioning, we'll uncover new insights, challenge assumptions and identify practical next steps.
My coaching style is supportive, honest and action-oriented. You'll leave each session with greater clarity and a clearer understanding of what you want to do next.
-
There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer.
Some clients achieve what they need from a small number of focused sessions, while others choose ongoing coaching to support longer-term personal or professional growth.
We'll discuss your goals during our initial conversation and agree on an approach that feels right for you. My focus is always on providing the level of support that genuinely serves your needs, rather than encouraging you into more sessions than necessary.

Yes.
While Clear Course is based in the UK, I work with clients internationally through virtual coaching sessions. My professional background includes working across the UK, US and Europe, giving me experience supporting people from different industries, cultures and career environments.
As long as we can find a suitable time zone overlap, location doesn't need to be a barrier to working together.
-
Frankly, it doesn’t.
Whilst I have worked at building out AI functionalities for organisations and maintain curious about its positive impacts, coaching for me should be a purely human space to explore reflections together.
It is of paramount importance to me that all of our sessions are bespoke to you & come from the heart with a human being helping you reflect, direct and impact.
